Construction Management and Support
GDM has successfully provided Construction Management and Engineering Support (CMES) for the Alaska Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (AVAHS) since 2018. The onsite engineers develop procurement packages for the AVAHS government-owned facilities and leased facilities throughout Alaska. By developing CAD and BIM drawings onsite, the designs are modified in real time with user input from the AVAHS staff. Other services include construction management support, submittal review, preparation of cost estimates, and RFI response.
